These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the web application operated under sachetrapprt.quest ("Sachetrapprt", "we", "us", or "our"). By visiting the site, inputting invoice parameters, or exporting PDF documents, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, partnership, or corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity to these provisions.

2. Permitted Commercial & Freelance Use

Sachetrapprt grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free license to access and use our web application for legitimate commercial activities, including:

• Generating commercial invoices, work orders, estimates, and fee schedules for clients.
• Customizing invoice layout orders, typography sizes, brand logos, and color themes.
• Exporting PDF documents locally for distribution to your business partners and accounts payable departments.

3. Prohibited Activities & System Integrity

You agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities while accessing Sachetrapprt:

1. Illegal Billing Practices: Generating fraudulent invoices, misrepresenting transaction tax amounts, forging billing identities, or issuing documents intended to deceive tax authorities.
2. Malicious Code Injection: Inputting malicious scripts, cross-site scripting (XSS) payloads, or executable code into editor form inputs or custom document section headers.
3. Automated Scraping & Denial of Service: Deploying automated web bots, crawlers, or high-volume request scripts designed to overload host infrastructure or disrupt service accessibility.
4. Software Reverse Engineering: Distributing unauthorized mirror copies of our proprietary layout code while stripping trademark branding or copyright notices.

4. Tax, Legal, & Accounting Disclaimer

Sachetrapprt is a web-based formatting tool, not a certified legal entity, tax advisor, or public accounting firm.

• Automatic Mathematical Calculations: Subtotals, discount deductions, tax rates (VAT, GST, Sales Tax), and grand totals are calculated based solely on figures entered by the user.
• Jurisdictional Compliance Responsibility: Users are strictly responsible for verifying that their generated invoices satisfy regional accounting regulations, mandatory invoice numbering patterns, tax identification disclosures, and invoice archiving mandates in their respective operating country.
• No Financial Guarantee: We make no representations regarding the legal enforceability of invoices created via the software in formal court proceedings or tax audit defense.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

Ownership of intellectual property associated with the platform is allocated as follows:

A. Your Content and Brand Assets

You retain 100% full ownership over all business logos, trade names, deliverable descriptions, client lists, and pricing figures entered into the editor. Sachetrapprt claims zero copyright ownership or licensing rights over documents produced through our application.

B. Sachetrapprt Platform Rights

The visual design system, retro cartoon UI styling, color palettes, custom CSS stylesheets, HTML markup structures, site logos, and source code are the exclusive property of Sachetrapprt Solutions LLC and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

6. Client-Side Operating Model & Local Data Risk

Because Sachetrapprt operates strictly client-side without cloud database storage:

• User Storage Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining local backup copies of your compiled PDF invoices on your personal computer, cloud drives, or storage servers.
• Data Loss Disclaimer: If you clear your web browser cache, reset local site storage, or switch devices, unsaved invoice inputs will be permanently erased. Sachetrapprt cannot restore unbacked-up data under any circumstances.

7. Third-Party Libraries & External Links

Our application integrates open-source JavaScript libraries (such as html2pdf.js) and references static Web Font repositories. We do not control third-party web assets and assume no liability for temporary CDN service interruptions or external library updates.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SACHETRAPPRT SOLUTIONS LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sachetrapprt Solutions LLC and its officers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of generated invoices in fraudulent commercial transactions.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in King County, Seattle, Washington.

12. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sachetrapprt concerning the suite.
