We respect the privacy of freelancers, agency owners, contractors, and corporate managers who utilize our web application to construct retro cartoon-styled commercial invoices. This Privacy Policy documents how data is handled, stored locally, and secured while using our services.

1. Privacy by Design: Client-Side Architecture

Unlike conventional web-based invoicing services that transmit your sensitive billing data to centralized cloud databases, Sachetrapprt is engineered as a client-side Web Application (SPA). All computation, typography layout compilation, image rendering, and PDF generation algorithms run locally inside your browser sandbox.

• No Account Registration Required: You are not required to create a user account, provide a password, or submit email credentials to generate unlimited invoices.
• No Cloud Document Storage: We do not operate databases that log or retain your client invoices, business tax identification numbers, address entries, or billing subtotals.
• No Remote Parsing: Uploaded images, such as company logos or stamp vectors, are parsed via native browser FileReader Data URLs directly in local memory.

2. Information We Process (Locally on Your Device)

When you interact with the Sachetrapprt Invoice Editor, you may enter the following categories of information into browser input controls:

1. Issuer Details: Your personal or corporate business name, email address, physical mailing address, phone number, and custom brand logos.
2. Recipient Details: Client organization name, primary billing contact email, and delivery mailing address.
3. Invoice Metadata: Unique invoice reference numbers, issue dates, payment due dates, currency symbols, custom payment instructions, and banking wire details.
4. Line Items: Deliverable descriptions, service hours, rates, custom item ordering sequence, and tax/discount percentage values.

None of the data items listed above are ever transmitted over external web API endpoints to Sachetrapprt servers.

3. Local Storage, IndexedDB, & Session Persistence

To ensure you do not lose active invoice entries upon refreshing your web browser, Sachetrapprt utilizes standard web browser storage mechanisms:

• LocalStorage: Used to persist lightweight UI state parameters, such as your selected active document theme (e.g., Modern Minimalist, Corporate Executive, Dark Mode Sleek), base document font size settings, and user consent choices.
• SessionStorage: Used to maintain temporary drag-and-drop section positions while navigating between editor and live preview tabs on mobile screen viewports.

You maintain full control over this data and may clear stored values at any time using browser developer tools or by executing the in-app "Reset Inputs" action.

4. PDF Document Generation & Export Security

Direct PDF downloads are compiled using client-side JavaScript rendering engines (such as html2pdf.js and HTML5 Canvas DOM transformation tools). When you click "Direct Download PDF" or "Print / System PDF":

• The PDF file is assembled entirely within client CPU and memory resources.
• The generated PDF file is streamed directly to your browser download directory.
• No temporary PDF copy is created on or routed through external PDF rendering servers.

5. Image & Media Asset Upload Handling

When you upload a business logo (PNG, JPG, SVG, or WEBP), the file is converted into a standard base64 Data URI string inside your browser session. This base64 string resides exclusively in your browser DOM memory and local cache. It is never uploaded to external content storage buckets or media delivery CDNs.

6. Third-Party Web Libraries & Asset Hosting

To provide high-performance typography and document compilation tools, Sachetrapprt links to reputable static file delivery networks (CDNs):

• Google Fonts: Web typography styles (such as Fredoka, Plus Jakarta Sans, and Space Mono) are served via standard Google Fonts API servers. Google may collect anonymous device parameters (such as User-Agent headers and IP addresses) to optimize web font delivery.
• Cloudflare / cdnjs: Open-source JavaScript libraries (including html2pdf.bundle.min.js) are loaded via verified Cloudflare CDN endpoints to ensure rapid load times and cryptographic file integrity.

7. Telemetry & Anonymous Usage Analytics

Sachetrapprt does not deploy invasive third-party cross-site advertising trackers, behavioral profiling scripts, or marketing pixels. We may monitor high-level aggregate web server metrics (such as total monthly visitor count, browser family distributions, and bandwidth consumption) strictly to guarantee infrastructure stability, DDoS protection, and domain network security.

8. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) & GDPR Compliance

Our invoice creation software is intended for adult business owners, freelancers, and commercial organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 years of age. Because all operational data remains on the client's local computer, parents or guardians can purge all application state instantly by clearing browser site cache.

9. European Union (GDPR) & California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Under international privacy frameworks including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Access: You can view all data held by the application at any time directly on your screen in the form fields.
• Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten): Clicking "Reset Inputs" or clearing browser cookies/site data permanently wipes all invoice state from your local device.
• Right to Data Portability: Your generated PDFs and custom inputs can be downloaded directly to your local hardware drive without vendor lock-in.
• Selling of Data Disclosure: Sachetrapprt does not sell, rent, monetize, or trade any user data or client information to third-party data brokers.

10. Data Retention & Erasure Instructions

Since data is saved locally on your hardware, retention periods are entirely under your direct manual control. To permanently purge all stored data associated with Sachetrapprt:

1. Open your Web Browser Settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or Brave).
2. Navigate to Privacy and Security → Site Settings / Storage.
3. Search for sachetrapprt.quest.
4. Click Clear Site Data / Remove Local Storage.
